No deadline for sign-up – Food Vendors will be accepted in the order that they apply
Payment Deadline: A $200 deposit for the 30% revenue split option or full booth fee payment secures your space at the event along with the required forms . There is no deadline, it’s on a first come first served basis.

Food Booth Package(s)
Package 1: 10′ x 10′ Booth Package
- A dedicated 10′ × 10′ booth space
- 6′ table with black tablecloth
- 2 chairs
- 50 pounds of ice (additional ice can be purchased for $12.5 per 25 pound bag) if refrigeration can’t be provided.
- Up to 2 vendor passes (see below for details)
- One Free parking spot for a commercial or residential vehicle. Additional spots can be purchased for $20 each.
Option A – 30% with a $200 deposit to secure your spot
Option B – $575 + HST paid in full to secure your spot
Free Samples for Judging Competition
Each Mac & Cheese Vendor will be required to provide 8 half portions of their main Mac & Cheese dish for the judging competition.
Portion Sizes & Pricing
For the main Mac and Cheese dish, each vendor will need to offer a half portion for $4 or $6 and a full portion for $8, $10 or $12.
Each vendor will be required to offer one Mac and Cheese dish for judging. The main mac and cheese dish will be judged and highlighted on a menu card provided to every ticket holder.
Food vendors have the option of offering a second dish of their choosing. It does not have to be Mac & Cheese. Please note that the second dish will not be judged and may not be highlighted on the menu card.
The menu card will list the food vendors name, their main mac and cheese offering and both pricing options.
A post dated cheque will be provided to you at the end of the event for your token revenue minus all fees.
A certificate of insurance for $2 million or more will be needed for this event. We require that the City of London, I Heart Beer Limited and the London Convention Centre be on the certificate. I will be collecting for the event hall.

Load In and Load Out Schedule
Load-in will take place in the morning between 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM. Load-out will begin at 10:15pm.
There will be only one type of token at the Festival. Each token will have a $2 value.
Token Price to be charged will include taxes and the drink vendor is responsible for remitting any pertaining HST on token sales to the government.
If you wish to order electricity, please visit our DOCUMENTS PAGE for the application form. Each 1500 watt outlet is roughly $160 and is provided by a 3rd party.
All vendors can sell merchandise at their booth at no charge
General Vendor Tickets
Each booth will be provided with vendor passes which will be needed to enter the hall. Vendor passes do not come with a glass or charity ticket. Vendor passes will be distributed by our logistics coordinator as you begin to unload at the loading dock. Additional passes may be obtained for $20 each.
Any additional costs such as ice, extra parking, or vendor passes will be taken from the token payout at the end of the night.
