Important Notice: Beware of Scam Emails
Dear Exhibitors,
We have been made aware that scammers are attempting to deceive our exhibitors by offering a fake attendee list in exchange for payment. These fraudulent emails originate from Gmail accounts and are not legitimate.
Please note that any official correspondence from our team will come from an @iheartbeer.ca email address and will only be sent by Faron, Haben, or Matt. If you receive an email from any other sender, it is not from us.
If you encounter such an email, do not respond. Instead, please mark it as spam and disregard it.
Thank you for your vigilance in helping us maintain a secure and trustworthy event.

IMPORTANT
1 - Due to theft, we are now down to 4 carts from 8. We highly recommend you bring your own dolly or cart to quicken your unloading and loading times.
2 - Ice comes with your booth fee and can be picked up at the token booth with vouchers that can be found in your welcome package. We cannot guarantee that extra ice will be available for you if your vouchers run out.
3 - The venue can be dark, we highly recommend bringing battery operated lights for your booth if you haven't ordered power.
4 - You must bring a physical copy of both your insurance and your alcohol invoice (drink vendors) to the event.
5 - Parking is off site, you'll receive a parking pass in your welcome package, it's roughly a 4-5 minute walk from the venue.
6 - If you ordered power, please bring extension cords, power comes from a main power panels and may or may not be close to your booth.
