Important Notice: Beware of Scam Emails
Dear Exhibitors,
We have been made aware that scammers are attempting to deceive our exhibitors by offering a fake attendee list in exchange for payment. These fraudulent emails originate from Gmail accounts and are not legitimate.
Please note that any official correspondence from our team will come from an @iheartbeer.ca email address and will only be sent by Faron, Haben, or Matt. If you receive an email from any other sender, it is not from us.
If you encounter such an email, do not respond. Instead, please mark it as spam and disregard it.

2 - Parking is no longer covered in the booth fee, the cost is $7.00 at the recommended lot but you can choose to park anywhere.

IMPORTANT
1 - If you've never attended an I Heart beer event in the past, we recommend you read all the information provided.
2 - Carts are very limited. If you have a portable cart, we recommend you bring one to speed up YOUR unloading and loading times.
3 - Ice comes with your booth fee and can be picked up at the token booth with vouchers that can be found in your welcome package.
4 - Municipal water supply and drain via a small sink near the token booth.
5 - Any type of flame or heat at a booth requires a fire extinguisher for the entirety of the event. Last year anybody with a tent needed a fire extinguisher. The code has changed and that is no longer the case.
6 - The parking lot (853) is directly across from the loading dock, directions will not be provided in the welcome package for this event since it's directly across the street.
7 - You'll be able to drive into the building to unload, please remove your vehicle as soon as all your items are out of the vehicle.
